Rx: Clasped hands holding caduceus; KAIΣΑΡΕΩΝ around, monogram of MENANΔ to left, monogram of ΠΑΡΥ to right. RPC 2638. Sear, Imperators 737. Very rare; one example cited in RPC. Choice VF.
